I have no complaints, because I find the quality of the fried chicken is maintained in all outlets. The service was average.

I took a chicken char... read more I gotta be honest here, I love KFC and I love everything they have there but I was really disappointed today with the quality of the food. I took a chicken charger and I know it's one of the cheap items on the menu but the one I got literally had two or three one inch chicken pieces inside. Poor quality of service with even poor quality food which doesn't live up to the expectations of a customer who knows what KFC is.

Ma... read more I used to Love KFC food, Despite their crappy service. One Day When I was Having Dinner I had a bite of my Zinger Burger and I found Worms inside the burger. Manager Threw it away instantly into the bin and offered a replacement. I refused and asked for a refund. Posted about this on Facebook and KFC General Manager Called me next day, He offered a tour of any of their branches to show their 'Hygiene '. I refused and demanded a letter of Apology. Didn 't Work out. Next day got threatening call from Cargills Legal Department (or something like that). Would 've Sued them, But lost my bill to the manager who took away the tray with the burger (Bill was on the tray).
