I wish I could give a STAR Walked in at around Manager and another staff at the counter punch in the order. We get our drink and waited for almost an hour and didn't get our food. Only after asking about it, did the one staff check and guess what THEY HAVE NOT EVEN STARTED PREPARING IT We were seated right outside the counter. The manager was doing his roster there, and neither the manager nor the other staff bothered to check if we had got the order THAT THEY PUNCHED IN There was only one other table in this huge place and they couldn't do that simple task After coming to put this review only did I see another review a day back with the same issue If you are the owner reading this, FIRE ALL YOUR STAFF! THEY ARE LOOSING YOU MONEY AND CUSTOMERS EVERY SINGLE DAY This place doesn't deserve customers for the price they charge and the location their at.

The atmosphere was cozy and felt homely, but a crow kept wandering in like it owned the place kind of funny, but it did make me question the hygiene even though it wouldn’t have a huge impact.
