We ended up in Le Flory,... read more During the half term holidays (which last 2wks in France) we looked for a restaurant in Colmar, and the first 3 we tried were complet . We ended up in Le Flory, which was almost full too. The few waiting staff were run off their feet and service was therefore slow. We tried typical Alsace food: choucroute (sauerkraut), and fried carp. Neither were to our taste. Given the level of noise and slow service we could not wait to get out and skipped dessert, but took digestive enzymes when we returned to the hotel.
