The restaurante is located in a beautiful historic building as many others in Colmar. Inside is quite nice with a kind of “ gasthaus “ furniture and decoration. We had flammkuchen and sorbet to finish our lunch. It was ok and the service was friendly. From my point of view it is an average place. Fine...

The biggest challenge was finding a good restaurant in Colmar that would accept a reservation for 10 people on a Saturday evening during the May 8th weekend. After many rejections (no reservation, come on in! , Pfeffel gave us a warm welcome. We thoroughly enjoyed the regional dishes and are very glad we came.
