JY’S offers an extraordinary experience in a beautifully decorated setting, blending modernity and elegance on the waterfront. From the moment you arrive, the service is impeccable: professional, attentive, and seamless, you feel perfectly taken care of throughout your meal. The cuisine is flawless. The quality of the dishes is outstanding, both in the precision of the presentation and the balance of flavors. Chef Jean-Yves Schillinger manages to surprise the palate with rare creativity. Each cou... read more We had a wonderful evening at JY’s. The welcome was friendly and the atmosphere pleasantly relaxed. We opted for the six-course menu with paired wines. Each course was a delight, beautifully presented and of the highest quality. It's particularly worth mentioning that some dishes were presented in an exceptional way (see photos). The paired wines harmonized perfectly with the food and rounded off the culinary experience. The service was outstanding. The young woman who worked with us and also served the sweets trolley was incredibly friendly, always attentive, polite, and courteous, making us feel completely at ease. Thank you so much for allowing us to spend such a lovely evening, thanks in part to her. Highly recommended.
