A change of ownership and everything's gone downhill, what a shame! It's so sad! We ordered two sandwiches; it wasn't busy, there was plenty of time to make them properly! One sandwich was charged extra, but the extra wasn't included! This can happen when it's very busy, and again, you just need to reread the order form to be sure. As for the second sandwich, it was supposed to be stuffed, but where did the filling go? It's shameful to send out an order with so little filling. You'll have to go back to the old way of doing things because you're going to disappoint many customers. We encourage you to put yourself in the customer's shoes. You should serve the food the way you would like to eat it yourself. We are very disappointed. Good luck.

Was the order taken incorrectly? Or was it a kitchen error, but this is the second time we haven't had the right sandwich or the right sauce... Annoying when you pay for more. It's still good, but we've been a little disappointed these last two times...
