The bungalow was burned black, like coal. what a waste of money, it had to throw out the sandwich. Why didn't the man who made the sandwich, not just throw it out and tore a new bungalow? that was in order to give a customer? would she have eaten? after me she turned off the toaster or just burned all the sandwiches on this day with zero view for the customer? ridiculous. I would never serve a customer. spring with this place, go to the competition from now on.

A group of 7 of us were on our way home from a very enjoyable long weekend at Blue Mountains. We stopped on our way to this location 291 First St before our very long drive back home. The supervisor at this location by the...name of Marge took our order and we were not happy at all how the situation was handled. She was very rude, very disrespectful and outright racist from our first encounter. Our food was thrown across the counter, we did not get our entire order we paid for and the rest of the group were ignored and did not get a  chance to place their order. I am very disgusted of the racial slurs by not only the supervisor who told us to go back to where we came from but another staff told us to get out   I am in shock of how a staff let alone the supervisor of this location so close to blue mountains- a very tourist oriented location- can speak to customers this way.  It's 2019 and there are people in supervisor positions at a Canadian franchise who think it is ok to be racist towards their customers located so close to a popular tourist attraction spot. Very disgusted and simply unacceptable. Terrible terrible location with racist staff. Next time I come down to blue mountains or collingwood or wasaga beach, I know to steer clear from this location. This is not how we Canadians show respect to each other. Yuck!

I think the photo speaks for itself. Was charged for to add whip cream to my mocha without being told I would be charged for. Open up by mocha to let it cool and the whip cream is stuck to the lid. Its been...almost an hour and it still looks identical, hasnt fallen off lid or melted like whip cream normall would from a warm drink. Disgusting
