And being Scottish, this hurts my soul. lol And then- I found this hidden gem!! THE BEST chippy I've had ... Ever!! The fish was perfect and the batter was light- and I felt great after!! I have no clue what they do different- but this place is amazing!! If you're looking for light ... Yet delish.... You don't wanna miss this fish!!!

The key to their awesomeness is their consistency. This family-run business has been serving top-notch food for generations, and it's easy to see why they are the best.

My husband had the halibut... read more We were looking for a fish Chip place in Collingwood and found this hidden gem. The food was great! The clam chowder was to die for. My husband had the halibut n chips and I had the broiled haddock with a salad. I don't usually eat Haddock but this was the best I have ever had. Good portion, good food and great service. We will definitely be back!

I said to him we will see if its as good as English fish and chips to which he replied he is English! Well the wait time for our order was no time at all. The smell coming from the bag was so incredible that we salivated all the way home. Oh my gosh we were in for a treat! This was so delicious, not greasy and the batter was perfect! and yes it was authentic English fish and chips. Thank you so much, we are planning our next visit already. If you are looking for a great little fish and chips restaurant look no farther.. this is it, they are the real thing :
