Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Collierville

The staff at this restaurant are fantastic! They genuinely enjoy their jobs and make you feel welcome as soon as you step in. Tino is usually there when I visit, as it's my go-to spot for lunch. He even remembers my order and the smoothie I like. I highly recommend this place for a quick smoothie or their amazing healthy food options, along with their incredible smoothies! I give it a perfect 10/10!

I ordered and paid for smoothies through the app, but when my wife went to pick them up, our order still hadn't been made. She asked the store manager what was happening, and he saw our order ticket sitting behind the counter, yet he acted like we hadn't ordered anything and refused to remake it. I had to go to the store myself and show him my order confirmation before he would finally make our drinks, despite having the ticket right there. I waste my time and money here, as they almost took my money without giving me anything in return. There's a Smoothie King just around the corner with excellent customer service and smoothies, so I won't be returning to Tropical Smoothie Café again.

The Avocalada completely won me over! I ended up going there four times in the five days I spent in Memphis! Each time, I ordered the same thing because it was just that good! It features avocado (which was my first experience adding it to a smoothie), pineapple, coconut, lime, kale, and spinach—it's absolutely delicious! I've been trying to incorporate an avocado into my diet daily, so I was thrilled with this option! Their menu has a wide variety of choices, including hot dishes. I also tried a wrap and a kale apple side salad, which were both delicious! I just wish there were a location closer to me in Southern California; the nearest one is about 45 minutes to an hour away in Rancho. But it's conveniently located near a mall that I love, so I’ll definitely make a trip when I'm there! I highly recommend this place!

The smoothies always are great in this place , but bowl is little expensive a pretty small compared with other place like a bowl from chick fil a , just find 3 pieces of grilled chicken in my ordered!!! Is just a good opinion for offer more better products for the customer !!!

Will not answer the phone if you need to adjust a pick up time and may hang up on you if they do answer. Horrible customer service at this location.
