Taco Bell - Collierville

I was disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. They seemed to be out of nearly everything on the menu, and it wasn't just a matter of being out of stock—they repeatedly said, "we don’t have that ready," as if they had no means to prepare the dishes. It was quite frustrating, and I won't be returning. I cannot recommend this place at all.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The portion sizes were inconsistent and on the small side, and the food wasn't appealing, presented in a flat rectangular shape. I noticed there was no line here, unlike the crowded McDonald's next door. While the customer service wasn't terrible, it could definitely improve; the person at the speaker box had a slightly passive-aggressive tone, although things were better at the window. There was no wait, and it was three hours before closing time. I’ve been to a location in Cordova, and the difference was striking – better food portions, temperature, and customer service. With the rising prices, it feels less worthwhile when the food quality doesn't match up.

Perhaps the experience is better when it's less crowded, but it would be helpful if they called out customers' names when placing orders in the pickup area.

They take forever to place orders and always overcook my chalupas. It never fails. Then their attitudes are the worst
