Chicken had hard tough batter and the meat was thin and didn?t taste fresh. That long piece is deceiving it was all batter and no meat inside. They really are cutting backon portions so they need to adjust the price. My moms sandwich was dry and chicken looked like the portions they use onbreakfast sandwiches. Very disappointed.

Service is slow and it has the worst quality out of any location in the area. Germantown and Winchester are 10x better with their food and service. Don?t waste yourtime.

Always looks like there are too many... read more Absolutely the worst ChickFila I have every been to. Terrible at both processing drive thru and managing inside customers. Always looks like there are too many people standing around unsure of what their role is. The food is never fresh tasting andfries are always shorted (oddest thing to cheap on). Management needs to seriously consider replacing on staff leaders.

I went on the day they had a storm, which was last week. It was raining heavily and I over heard one of themanagers, I think her name was Sarah, she told the runners to put on a raincoat and keep taking out orders. Now mind you, it waspouring rain heavily now. After minutes had passes, they finally let the runners stop running, and they were drenched. It wasabsolutely terrible. Chickfila needs to do better.

They were always polite and gifted. Food has always been great. I had no problem with any order so far. As long as the food is great and the service remains great, I will continue to visit
