The Roy Cafe And Indian Dining

This local restaurant is truly amazing! I absolutely adore this place. The food is exceptional, the service always comes with a smile, and the atmosphere is cozy and inviting, especially on weekends. The owners are very accommodating and will even prepare traditional dishes not on the menu. Whether dining in, getting takeout, or dining with a large group, our experience has always been fantastic. This restaurant is a true gem for the beach community.

Great family run Indian restaurant with chef/owner who has worked in five star hotels in India. The menu changes regularly and the chef will actually make you almost anything you like, even if it isn’t on the menu.Loved the eggplant curry a winter special. And the dosas and Uttapam are always good one of the few places on the northern beaches to do them. I always find the curries taste better for dine in rather than takeaway, not sure why! :

Best Indian food we’ve had in a long time. Couldn’t find a Dhansak curry at any other northern beaches Indian restaurants and the Roy has it and it is amazing! Also the Saag Paneer and lamb Madras are delicious! The service and the owners are very welcoming. Great restaurant!!!

Absolutely wonderful last minute meal at this restaurant. A family affair with the most glorious Megan (daughter of the owners) making the experience completely fabulous.Excellent, traditional food, fast service, reasonable prices and live music! The perfect Saturday night for couples or large groups.We will be back, as it seems are many of the locals. The place was packed when we left at 7.30pm
