Chef James, a wonderfully charming man, has created a number of dishes that rank on my top 5 list. I completely enjoyed the salmon entree while my wife had the bbq chicken with just the right amount of smoky flavour and a seperate sauce that made me close my eyes in pleasure. V19 is a wonderful gem not be missed if you are in the area. All the best to Chef James.
