It sounds strange, but it has great taste. I strongly recommend to say hello with an order.

I've neve... read more Purpose Roasters offers the highest quality around! The owners are a lovely couple with an incredible talent for crafting delicious coffee and donuts. I've never had a brewed coffee, latte, or donut that wasn't fantastic, with some unique flavor combinations that only they could create. The staff at Purpose may be the friendliest people I've ever encountered. I always find myself chatting with them for at least 10 minutes because I enjoy their company so much. We are truly fortunate to have such a wonderful place in our community!

If you're fort... read more Without a doubt, this place serves the best coffee in town! The staff truly knows their craft and are enthusiastic about sharing their knowledge. If you're fortunate enough to visit when they're roasting, it's a fantastic experience to sit and watch while sipping your coffee. The shop is always spotless and offers a welcoming and friendly vibe, whether you're grabbing a quick coffee to go or indulging in a longer visit. The meticulous attention to detail in their chocolates, doughnuts, coffee, and overall ambiance really enhances the experience in the best way possible.

This pla... read more This is a really awesome coffee shop and honestly the best one on the Palouse. Colfax is really lucky to have this place and I hope they make it there. This place is like coffee shop you would find in Portland or Seattle. The coffee quality is superior and there espresso machines are top notch. They roast and sell all the beans. They also make their own syrups(try the lavender) and they are trying things that I have trouble finding many places. I stop at the drive thru on most of my trips through town and I purchased my coffee maker here. They also make and sell super cool mini donuts and very fancy gourmet chocolates. Definitely go here any chance you can!!!
