Was Tianna D at Cornerstone Llb a mag?
Since I live 30 miles away, my next trip to Colfax wasn’t for a few months, but I was ready. However, I was devastated to discover that Cornerstone is closed on Sundays. How could I have overlooked that? I should've checked the hours and planned my weekend better. Filled with regret, I finished my errands and deprived myself of breakfast or brunch. But there’s a happy ending! Last weekend, a full seven months after... View all feedback.

What Randy F dislikes about Cornerstone Llb:
It was just ok. Came down from Spokane to meet up with daughter and grandkids. Arrived at noon. Not busy at all. One cook and one waitress/server/cashier. Food was slow at coming after we ordered. Couple of us ordered identical meal and quantities were not the same. Someone needs to teach the cook how to make scrambled eggs. These were just tossed on the grill and mixed up fried eggs. Most likely will not return. View all feedback.

The food was excellent, and the portions were generous—so much so that it was challenging to finish everything. The quantity was just right! Our waitress was outstanding; she was incredibly friendly and ensured that my husband's coffee never had a chance to get cold.

Awesome lil breakfast, lunch, and dinner spot! Be kind they're still starting up but they're doing a great job. Fast service and pretty tasty food. Very accommodating for having a couple very young kids with us. They also feature a full selection of locally grown lentils and garbanzos for sale as well. Will be back for sure!

Good food but kind of high priced who ever heard of breakfast with no toast or biscuits

This place used to be a Taco Time, and my GPS still indicated it as such. I ordered the Senior Fish and Chips meal, which gives you the option to swap fries for a salad; I opted for the salad. It was decent with a good amount of dressing. The fish bites were just right for a light lunch. All of this was just $5.95 for the senior price. If you're driving an RV, there's some parking available next door at Rosaur's when it's not busy, but be careful as getting into that parking lot with an RV can be tricky.

The food itself was quite good. The restaurant seems to be aiming for a cozy, small-town diner vibe with its offerings. I ordered the local Farms Buckwheat Pancake with bacon, while my wife opted for the chicken fried steak with hash browns. Both dishes were delicious, and we had no complaints whatsoever. We even indulged in one of their homemade cinnamon rolls, which was fantastic! I’m giving it 4 stars mainly because the place seems a bit empty, but I understand that they’re still a work in progress. We look forward to coming back!
