With the Safe Start initiative, we have the option to enjoy our meals on-site, although drive-thru service is available too. At Zips, I opted for a fish sandwich instead of their typical cheeseburgers and fries, and I must say, the mocha shake was delightful. However, I couldn’t help but notice that the young staff weren’t wearing gloves or masks, which made me feel uneasy about safety—especially since I was wearing mine and felt out of place. I'm not sure if this location is part of the Zips drive-in chain from Spokane, but it could definitely improve moving forward. Thank you.
