Service is always s... read more I have stopped here a couple times. Their blended drinks are good, but the lattes are where it is at. Some of the best hot drinks to be had. Service is always super friendly, too. Definitely worth the stop if you have time and want a really quality drink.

Very cool atmosphere, I loved the brick wall and string lights. I got a white mocha with cream and an extra shot per the recommendation of the barista behind the counter sporting lovely turquoise earrings. It was very refreshing. Would recommend this place if not for the coffee for the friendly faces behind the counter.

They have several varieties of milk for those who don 't do dairy. They also have baked goodies that are great. Their sandwiches are tasty and have some unique flavors to them. I love the turkey with pesto on a crescent... and just about every other sandwich! They also have some wonderful side salads and soups. All in all Fonks is a great place to go whether you 're just having breakfast, a coffee break or a filling lunch. Everything can be taken to go too.

T... read more We make it a point to stop at this lovely little shop every time we pass through Colfax. The owner is truly one of the most wonderful people you'll ever meet! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, the drinks are fantastic, and the cinnamon rolls are out of this world! My fiancé opted for the classic cinnamon roll, while I chose the caramel version, and let me tell you, the caramel roll is simply heavenly!
