regularly take my wife and children to dinner and enjoy it always. waiting is never very long and eating is always hot (as I like) and the guinness caught is perfect. only mistake I experienced is that I brought the wrong burger meal yesterday evening for my son, but he ate it anyway and they knocked it out of the bill without being asked, as well as repeatedly apologising. The restaurant always has a slightly unclean feel, and could really use a thorough cleaning. I've visited several times but won't be returning. The food is inconsistent; sometimes it's good, but other times it's quite disappointing, like the rubbery chicken and undercooked roasted carrots. What can we say . Ate here everyday for a week as we’re staying in the premier inn next door as we were here for the North west 200 The staff on breakfast were brilliant we were well looked after. The staff in the evening were so good, looked after our everyneed , the food was good but the service was better and a credit to table table , they made sure we were ok asked about our day made sure we were finding our destinations the next day so can I say a big thank you to Amy, Rebecca, Heather, Michelle, Treasa, Emma, Emily, Jason, Megan.. Very friendly staff and you can't beat the food for the price all served in a calming atmosphere.
Ross who served us was great and should be manager, as his personality made the experience really welcoming, I had green soup( was broccoli) and really tasty, food was perfect and quick,and fresh cooked,price was really good too.will be back again.

Great eating and great staff and a great choice on the children's menu enkelin really enjoy their meal
