The food is inco... read more The restaurant always has a slightly unclean feel, and could really use a thorough cleaning. I've visited several times but won't be returning. The food is inconsistent; sometimes it's good, but other times it's quite disappointing, like the rubbery chicken and undercooked roasted carrots. The staff also vary—some are friendly and welcoming, while others are aloof and make you feel like a bother. With such unpredictability, we've decided to steer clear of this place in the future.

Brownie points and all that.The place has a nice decor and the staff are polite and inviting. It stops there. Looked at the menu and seen Chipotle beef Nachos. It said and I quote Famil Fav also claimed to be new! They didn 't have any Chipotle beef? Thought to myself it is popular if they had run out.Bear in mind this was a Tuesday at 12.45.Ordered Nachos with the sloppy Joe vegetarian . Dont have any of the sloppy Joe sure it 's the same as the Chipotle beef I was told. Ordered the Nachos. The photo says it all. Doritos with what can only be described as not a lot In the end I had nothing as did my wife as she ordered them also. I was so disappointed and will not be back.The meals are sent from Whitleys brewery and Heated on the premises. Not my idea of catering.
