Yesterday, I ordered dinner through the drive-thru, and the girl who worked there was very impatient and rude. When I asked a question, her staff even laughed at me. It made the experience incredibly uncomfortable, even while trying to get our meal. I won't be going back. View all feedback.
What Anonym dislikes about Kfc:
We ordered a 4 piece meal and the pieces were so small..2 pieces were as big as a chicken nugget and there was no salad added. Even Mary Browns gives a coleslaw with fries and chicken...they did not. We won't be eating there again..too expensive for not getting full pieces of chicken. Service: Take out Price per person: $10–20 View all feedback.

I don't believe they've ever gotten my order correct in my entire life.
KFC is one of my favorite places to eat. I noticed they have new chicken nuggets, so I decided to give them a try. Unfortunately, it was disappointing; they should market them as bite-sized nuggets because that’s exactly what they were. This was at the KFC in Coldbrook.
The order was incorrect, the service was inadequate, and the wait time was longer than what was initially promised.
Food was obviously cooked an hour or more ago and was soggy. Staff ignored me for almost 5 minutes and when I was about to leave they asked me what I wanted.Would never return or recommend to anyone.

The server named Glaza was quite rude. I paid for a meal, but the drink machine wasn't working—only root beer and Diet Pepsi were available. When I asked for a drink, she told me I had to pay extra for a bottle. I explained that I had already paid for a drink as part of my meal, and I questioned why she hadn't informed me earlier that the drinks weren't working. She eventually apologized for her mistake, but overall, it was a terrible experience. In the photo, you can see that only two drinks were listed with a 'NOT AVAILABLE' tag.
