No one was at the counter to take our order! So had to use the tablets. If we are going to have to spend 3 times as long to put our own order in then it should be discounted!! Food is very over priced and the dining room is messy, looks like they mightclean it once a shift. The manager should really be reprimanded for the condition/service of the store.
Very awkward experience. I met a friend here. Nobody was at the counter; Two customers were tapping at tablets that I soon realized were ordering stations. I ordered everything okay but my friend had issues finding the size of bowl she wanted. Thetablets told us to grab a pager and enter its number; none of the pagers had numbers (I don't think they were charged). I helpedanother customer figure this out since no employee was nearby. We found a table (a number of them were dirty, with trash leftbehind; I had to wipe ours down) and waited. We had no idea when our food was ready, because we didn't have working pagers. Ieventually found mine and my friend's was ready a while after that. My food was great, at least (veggie soup in a bread bowl),but my friend's was cold when it was supposed to be warm. We didn't have time to reorder, so she picked at it and eventually gota refund. The employee apologized to her and was helpful, so that's a plus. This Panera feels like an experiment that will failif it doesn't shape up quick. The employees were nice, but they were hidden behind walls in the kitchen! The focus on tech andself-service feels so cold and impersonal. I would not revisit this location and cannot recommend it as a calming cafeexperience.
I called today to ask if they had chicken and wild rice soup. The lady who answered got highly irate saying, ? No we don?t our truck hasn?t come!? I have never been to this location but I can honestly say I will never. Learn to treat your customersbetter!
Well I love Panera but this location is a huge letdown! Cero customer service, the tables were all dirty, the food was so cold and believe me no one likes cold food, the bread was so stale that you had to gnaw the bread I won?t recommend it if you havedentures. Like I say before I enjoy Panera restaurants, but this one if is so bad that if corporate doesn?t look into it will beout of business soon.. one last thing You probably enjoyed expired gas station sushi more then my meal here.
Overpriced, cold meals. The bread was very hard to chew through. Paid $90 to see my children trying to gnaw at the hard cold bread that came with the tiny bowls of soup. Nobody even greeted us or took our order, we ended up ordering through the kioskafter standing around for a while. A customer here ended up helping us get the cups (that are only available through the emptycashier stand) because none of the staff cared enough to even say a word to us. To top all of this off, all of the tables wheredirty and we ended up squeezing at the tiny tables for two and just ate what we could chew through. I normally wouldn?t complainabout the price had the quality of the food and service been better.

I think I’ll reach out to corporate to let them know how this location is tarnishing their reputation.
The delivery was excellent, but the food was disappointing. The salad wasn't fresh, the sandwich had barely any chicken, and the baguette had an odd taste.
It pains me to write this review because I love Panera Bread. Unfortunately this store falls short of PB standards. I've been a regular customer on Saturday mornings for some time now. The store is usually filthy from the night before. Evidently there's no cleanup crews. The food is good unless you want something hot. There are several items on the beverage menu that are not available but no mention on the menu. Even after ordering. I look for this store to close.
Grilled cheese was not toasted, just 2 pieces of bread, with the cheese not melted, and macaroni was dry and disgusting. won’t eat here
Not sure what's happening to this location. Used to be my favorite and is a very new location. I can't speak for the kitchen but the dining room and restrooms are always in need of attention. The men's restroom tissue dispenser has been broken for nearly 3 months. Customers stand constantly at the counter for service. Inventory in the kiosk ordering center is never correct. Now on nearly every Sunday there is a dining room closed sign hanging and to use the drive through. I'm sorry but for a dining room that is a near entirely self serve experience, there is no logical reason to have it closed when you have a staff of 4 in the building.
