After ordering the $5 lu... read more I understand that it’s not the restaurant’s fault that a car crashed into their dining room, but I was disappointed with my experience. After ordering the $5 lunch, my hot fudge sundae was prepared right away, leaving me standing there waiting for my meal. I really don’t think it’s appropriate to eat my sundae before my food arrives. By the time I finally got my meal and started eating in my car, my sundae was already melting and looked unappetizing, so I ended up throwing it away! Additionally, there was barely any hot fudge on it — it didn’t even cover the whole sundae! I won’t be coming back to this restaurant.

When we reported the issue, we were told that since no one else had complained, there was nothing wrong. They tasted terrible! I still have the Blizzards, and you can actually smell the sour milk. They offered to replace them with four new ones, but I'm hesitant to trust that they switched out the ice cream. Honestly, I'm not sure I want to eat them at all. Just wanted to give everyone a heads up!

Additionally, even when there are no other cars in line or customers ordering inside, the drive-thru service takes way too long.
