Dairy Queen - Cold Spring
Dairy Queen
Description
In a recent dining experience at a local eatery, the service left much to be desired, with numerous patrons citing unfriendly staff and order mix-ups. The cleanliness of the establishment raised concerns, especially in light of excessive standing water. While some highlights included the chicken strip basket and the acclaimed Cheese Curds, issues with food temperature and quality persisted; complaints ranged from melted ice creams to inedible dishes. Despite a couple of positive encounters featuring swift service and enjoyable Blizzard flavors, the overall consensus suggests that improvements in service and food preparation are needed to restore customer satisfaction.

It literally took me a 1/2 an hour to get my food. Very slow, Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Recommended dishes: Oreo
Bought a dq cake and 2 four piece chicken strip baskets. Sixty dollars later we got one basket with four strips and ten fries with the wrong dipping sauce and other basket only had three strips and a few fries neither basket had toast. I know dq cakes are expensive but for 33 dollars for an 8 inch cake seems a little steep especially since once I got it home and opened it up it has a bunch of whipped cream filling in the holes in the cake. I guess I’ll be going to a different dq in the future.

Absolutely terrible. Staff is always rude, no matter what time of day or what day it is. My ice cream tasted freezer burnt and my 2 blizzards were mixed together in a Frankenstein mess. Vanilla is never blended well with the chocolate. Fruit punch tastes watery. Don’t like this location. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
