What Charlotte Lewis doesn't like about Piccolo At 42 North Hill:
Lovely inside if you're seated middle to front. There's also an upstairs I didn't see. Our dishes weren't very authentic. My friends seeafood linguine was absolutely swimming in cream sauce. Far too much. The bolognese was good but I don't think authentic. The character of the main waiter front of house is abrupt, so off-putting for those who want the polite welcoming approach.
