delicious peter rabbit themen afternoon tee and particularly delicious milk free afternoon tee! a large selection of sandwiches, cakes and fresh hot scones, we could not eat all the cakes, so were good bags to take home. I highly recommend this, as there are not many places I have for milk free or just a substandard equivalence, and that was by far the best milk-free afternoon I had! View all feedback.
Lovely atmosphere on a Friday night. Not to busy but enough to create a nice buzz. Service was excellent by our waitress but unfortunately didn't get her name! Menu is not extensive but enough to leave you still deciding what to have, beef carpaccio starter, carbonara and white chocolate parfait were all excellent. Meals were not huge, but actually had room for dessert and felt full but still comfortable afterwards. Overall good value for money. Well done Rosie the team
My first ever visit to the Gilt room yesterday was a really lovely experience from walking through the door myself and daughter were warmly welcomed. We chose to sit outside in a beautifully arranged garden which was very pleasant. The menu was varied and to be honest with the dishes on there it was so hard to decide which one to have. The choices were absolutely delicious and plentiful and fresh. The staff and lady we had a lovely conversation with was a joy to meet. I also love the decor of pure white and pale grey too ! . Overall a delightful visit to the Gilt room and I will be back for more :
