I had not warned in advance that I preferred to eat vegetarian a... read more Excellent cuisine, refined and complex. We took the lunch menu, with dishes chosen by the chef. I had not warned in advance that I preferred to eat vegetarian and the chef had the kindness to make me a suitable menu. We had already come 1 month ago, the dishes served were relatively similar but just as delicious. The dishes are very complete in terms of flavors, fine with assemblies that come out of the ordinary and intelligent. We find original flavors: salicorna, grilled black olive dehydrated, revisited stemrmilk, chocolate vinegar, and others. The only criticism we can make is that the dishes were too fat the second time
