The BBQ itself was tasty, not overly smoked, and there was a nice variety of BBQ sauces available for those who prefer them—although the meat is fine on its own without sauce. The staff was welcoming and attentive. The drink selection primarily focuses on popular beers and just two wines. This is a solid spot for families with kids or larger groups.

However, the brisket was quite tough, and the ribs were disappointing—I could only manage one bite, as they were fatty, gristly, and lacking the rich smoky flavor you'd expect from BBQ. The service was excellent, and the food arrived quickly, but overall, I don't think I'll be returning.

And we all have d... read more Bubba's is a delicious option for BBQ in Cody! Every time I go to Bubba's I know exactly what I want, and so does my sister, and my parents... And we all have different usual's... their menu is great, because it's one of those where its description accurately fits its product... if it says it's cinnamon roll takes a whole plate, they aren't lying. My favorites are and of their Smoked Turkey Options (Omelettes, Sandwich, Plates) or Their Salad Bar, which is the best salad bar in town! The prices are very fair! There is a reason why this restaurant usually has people waiting out the door, because they don't take reservations, and they make darn good food!

Worth a stop.

We chose the combo that featured ribs, brisket, pulled pork, and chicken, along with three sides. We thought the chicken and Texas toast would be the standout dishes, but we were pleasantly surprised by the generous portion of brisket.

However, the food went above and beyond what we anticipated! I had the BBQ chicken and my wife opted for the pulled pork. Both meals were served in ample portions and cooked exceptionally well. We also liked the variety and quality of the lunch and dinner selections. The service was excellent, and the ambiance was pleasant. We highly recommend giving it a try!
