**Restaurant Review: A Mixed Bag of BBQ Delights** This restaurant offers a tantalizing array of barbecue delights, with pulled pork being the standout—smoky, tender, and juicy. While the portions are generous and the prices reasonable, the brisket leaves much to be desired, being notably tough. Ribs can be hit or miss, lacking the rich flavor one typically expects. Service is consistently friendly and prompt, making for a pleasant dining experience. Though drinks are limited to popular beers and a couple of wines, the welcoming atmosphere makes it a solid choice for families and larger groups. Overall, it’s a place that has potential, but improvements are needed.
Good, not great. Veteran-owned business, so worth our support. The salad bar was better than the grill. Also it is bread pudding, not chicken.
Thought the ribs were very good..the sauce on the ribs was good too. The sauce on the table was more of a mustard flavored sauce..good but not great. Nthe brisket was good but could of done with a few more hours on the pit. Beans were excellent. Coleslaw is a pass. The salad bar is a 9 out of 10. The people working here are very nice too. Worth a stop.
Good food, salad bar to die for,especially because we haven't been able to enjoy one in a long time. The customer service AWESOME. Wyoming is DEFINITELY a great place!
The pulled pork was excellent, nice smoky flavor and tender and juicy. The brisket was quite tough and the ribs were such I just had one bite; fatty, gristly and lacking that good smoke you expect in BBQ. The service was excellent and food arrived veryquickly. Not worth a second visit.
Pretty good BBQ with a friendly staff. The BBQ was good, not too heavily smoked and a good selection of BBQ sauce for the Yankees who need sauce, the meat doesn't need sauce though. The staff was friendly and helpful. They only care bottled popularbeers and two wines. This is a good restaurant for families with kids or larger groups.
