Despite some confusion over the name, the atmosphere is bright and clean with friendly service. The menu has a variety of options, from Mediterranean omelets to fish and chips, all at reasonable prices. While some patrons found the service lacking, the food received positive reviews for its taste and portion size. Overall, Rosie's Dockside Restaurant is a pleasant spot for a meal, especially for those looking to enjoy a nice view by the water.
