Noah's Pizza Grill - Coats

I'll stop every time I drive through town! the owners treat me like family and eating is great!

I called in a pickup order of lasagna with a side salad with ranch dressing. The prices on their website or picture of their menu said lasagna was 6.99 side salad was 1.99. when I arrived it was 14.53. I didn't say anything as I heard the food was awesome. When I arrived home. The lasagna was in a round aluminum container. It looked like a child size portion. That was all that was in that bag. No bread, no utensils, napkins whatsoever. It tasted like the sauce was from two weeks ago. It was terrible. So I moved to the salad. Besides the three black olives I removed it looked ok. Untill I got a taste of the ranch dressing. Almost made me puke. I sure hope this isn't a regular business practice. I'm also glad I was coming home instead of back to a construction site. Because I sure wouldn't have anything to eat it with if it were worth consuming. Maybe they weren't being managed properly I don't know. However if they continue doing customers like this they'll have food poisoning against them. I doubt I will ever visit the establishment again. I was holding high expectations for this place as well as I just moved into the area and their restaurant looks so inviting from outside. Bummer..

Tried several times to order a pizza tonight and got hung up on repeatedly. The first time some lady answered and put me on hold. After waiting several minutes I gave up and hung up. I tried to call back 4 or 5 more times and no one answered, it would just ring and then they would disconnect me or hang up. I'm done, I'll give my business to someone who actually wants it.

Omar the owner, one if a kind. He and his wife are beyond wonderful. I eat there once a week. What great people. Great food.

Good food decent prices and great customer service. Never had a bad experience or food from this here. Everything I’ve tried here has been great
