Chick-fil-a - Fuquay-Varina

It is so smooth and easy to order online and go to Chick-fil-A to get my meals. There are usually lines, but they move pretty fast. The food is hot and so good (the waffles are so delicious that usually they do not make home so order extra). They are a popular fast food restaurant with well-trained, friendly and polite staff.

I have not been to Chick-fil-A for a while because. The line is so long. I saw the line wasn't so long when looking for a quick bit for dinner, so I went in the drive through. My order was taken right away but it took ten minutes to get to the window, thencome to find out they put down the wrong description of my vehicle so they walked around for a while with my food looking forme, I was at the window by now. When I got my food it was cold. I am not going back. They added two drive through lanes, theyshould have added two kitchens also. They can't handle all that traffic.

This is the most hoppin' Chick-fil-A I have ever seen, and it's insanely busy every single time I've been there. Our food was VERY fresh though and our order was made correctly, so I have no complaints other than the company needs to improve the locationaccessibility. I chose to do an online order with pickup, and that was probably the best option! The inside line was reallylong, and the drive-thru line was even more insane. The location really needs more parking and better driving lanes. Kudos tothe workers doing their job and getting orders done. It was nuts.

I've visited this restaurant numerous times, and the food is always fresh and consistently delicious. The staff is fantastic, making the experience even better. Overall, it's a wonderful place to dine.

I had the worst experience ever at this restaurant. It was dirty and swarming with flies. The food was overcooked and lacked flavor. I took my family out for what was supposed to be a nice, expensive dinner, and we were thoroughly disappointed.
