The drivers using it often beh... read more The staff here has always been friendly, and I haven’t had any issues with them. However, that merge lane needs to be eliminated! The drivers using it often behave entitled and rude. I've witnessed numerous near accidents in the drive-thru because they continually cut others off. There's really no reason they can't merge into the regular lane and inform the speaker that they have a mobile order. I've waited over 30 minutes in the drive-thru, just watching one person after another from the merge lane cut in front.

The owner... read more This location really needs some improvement. I've seen several cars drive away because of the extremely long wait in line—it's costing them customers. The owner should consider offering better incentives for employees to attract more staff. I've visited multiple times, and there was one occasion when there was confusion about my drink order, but every other experience has been good. I've also noticed that Dunkin' Donuts seems to be addressing staffing challenges by hiring younger employees at various locations I've visited. I believe it's important for restaurants to prioritise a well-trained and experienced staff.
