Whoever owns the place might want to cons... read more Update: this location needs help. I've watched several cars leave due to the VERY long wait in line. Money is walking. Whoever owns the place might want to consider offering more to employees to get more help Been multiple times. Someone was confusedabout my drink once. Good experiences every single other time. I noticed dunkin donuts seems to be trying to solve staffingissues by hiring much younger employees at MULTIPLE locations I've stopped. I think people need to be a little more patientwhile these kids learn how to do the jobs the adults aren't filling. They could be closing their doors all together instead likesome businesses.

I was distracted w... read more I have to give this location a shout out for being outstanding! I hadn't planned on stopping for a coffee, but I swung by at the last minute. I was distracted with life and a very busy day, so I needed help with my order. They're no longer serving butterpecan so I tried a hot pumpkin spice latte, from the server's recommendation. It was really good, and it was nice and hot. Myson didn't remember the name of his drink, but again the server was amazing and she helped him figure it out. Of course my sonwas hungry lol growing teenagers ???? So I asked for a dozen donuts. They had made up some special donuts for school starting so cute! They were very fresh and they have a great assortment. It was a busy time of day but they weren't rude or rushingtowards us at all. In fact they went above and beyond ?? I'm very thankful for the time and consideration this team displayedtoday.

Which is ok I get it they get busy but to let a line of people stand there for that long and not even say hey we know your there where just busy ... then after Ifinally ordered the lady walked away from the counter and left the other 3 people behind me standing in disbelief that sheactually just walked away with out at least taking there order. I stood for another 10 min before I finally called one of themover to just give me my money back so I could go. I only ordered 12 dountus by the way no drinks or anything that would haverequired them to take much more than 40 sec of there time. All of this would have been at least bearable if they werent so rudethrough the whole process. Like how dare I come in and order something easy when they are busy. I know dunkin will do just finewith out my business but I will never go to that place again. I 'm not the type of person to rant about service very often butthat was ridiculous.

Had to pull off and go in and it took another 20 minutes to get the drinks that we had already paid for. If I could give them ZERO STARS I would. Never going back to this store.
