I've never seen her there before so she might be new, but just for her customer service this Starbucks gets 5 stars.

Expect a minimum of a 30 minute wait even if you jus... read more Used to be my favorite Starbucks. Now there is a strong delay in service no matter what time of day you go. Expect a minimum of a 30 minute wait even if you just have one item as plain as an iced coffee. Baristas do not listen to orders being received through the drive-thru speaker as they are constantly asking/reconfirming order even after being told more than 2-3 times. And sometimes that is not enough for them to get the order right once they hand it to you. I will say though, that when there are the familiar faced Barista on shift, service is prompt and drinks are made perfect! Not sure if there is a new crew or what. Regardless, I will still come here and hope for better service. Looking forward to updating this review back to 4/5 stars.
