This is my favorite Starbucks and today they proved why. Yesterday I ordered as usual through mobile app. On my way I got a call and had to abandon coffee. I called store as there's no way to cancel and spoke with Matt who told me they would be happy to remake any time in next 48 hours. This morning I went drive thru to buy a hot coffee. I ordered a grande dark roast coffee and a banana nut bread ?. My coffee was cold. It looks like the coffee was sitting there for a while. I'm here weekly and enjoy the staff and atmosphere each time. We're always greeted and remembered. Kim and Shane are especially pleasant at the register.
(I'll preface to say that they looked like they were short handed as I only saw 3 persons working at 8:30 am)I was not greeted coming in, and stood around for a bit before anyone acknowledged me or took my order. I had a very uncomplicated order of dark roast with heavy cream but I was asked again what it was I ordered a few seconds later. Again perhaps they were short handed that day but paying almost $3 for a tall plain cup of coffee I guess my expectations are just a bit higher.

Kim is so sweet and talkative. She completely made my day with just a 2 minute conversation. I've never seen her there before so she might be new, but just for her customer service this Starbucks gets 5 stars.
