This is my favorite Starbucks and today they proved why. Yesterday I ordered as usual through mobile app. On my way I got a call and had to abandon coffee. I called store as there's no way to cancel and spoke with Matt who told me they would be happy to remake any time in next 48 hours. I called this morning to try and get it made ahead and Shane was so helpful and got it done for me. That's customer service! I am very appreciative.
Kim is so sweet and talkative. She completely made my day with just a 2 minute conversation. I've never seen her there before so she might be new, but just for her customer service this Starbucks gets 5 stars.
Used to be my favorite Starbucks. Now there is a strong delay in service no matter what time of day you go. Expect a minimum of a 30 minute wait even if you just have one item as plain as an iced coffee. Baristas do not listen to orders being received through the drive-thru speaker as they are constantly asking/reconfirming order even after being told more than 2-3 times. And sometimes that is not enough for them to get the order right once they hand it to you. I will say though, that when there are the familiar faced Barista on shift, service is prompt and drinks are made perfect! Not sure if there is a new crew or what. Regardless, I will still come here and hope for better service. Looking forward to updating this review back to 4/5 stars.
Went for a cold brew black, girl handed me cold brew with sweet cream. I said I wanted black there is something in this, she said no I dont think so, I handed it back and said yes. She huffed away took awhile and came back to report in a sarcastic voice, sorry it is taking time we had to put a new one for you. My cold brew had hair in it, several pieces. Either it was done on purpose for asking for a black cold brew, or they should wear hair caps.
