Sonic Drive-in - Clovis

The fries and bacon in my chicken club sandwich tasted like they were cooked in stale grease. I ended up giving the food to our outdoor dog. Very disappointing.

I spoke with the friendly carhop about the negative company culture at this location. I really hope the overly assertive manager doesn't treat the staff that way on a daily basis.

What a disappointing experience at this Sonic. Do yourself a favor and avoid dining here, unless you enjoy subjecting yourself to poor food. I'm not sure if it's just the Clovis location or the employees, but the staff are a significant part of the issue—about 85% of it, in fact.

Unfortunately, every time I've been here they have gotten my order wrong. I order on the app and the receipt attached to my bag is always correct, but what's in the bag isn't. This has happened about 7 times in a row now. I'll be going to a different location from now on, as this is the only location in town I've had problems with.

I ordered our food in the app, which is so convenient. Carhop was very nice and I ended up adding to my order and the next carhop was still very nice. Needed to send the tots back (they were a too crunchy for my daughter) and the staff was very accommodating and quick to remake and bring the fresh tots out.
