I place my order through the app, and the receipt matches what I ordered, but the items in the bag are always wrong. This has occurred about seven times in a row. From now on, I'll be going to a different Sonic Drive-In, as this is the only location in town where I've experienced issues.

We had to send the tots back because they were too crunchy for my daughter, but the staff was accommodating and quickly brought out fresh tots.
