Reviews - Phở 2006
Reviews summary
Nestled in a characterful older building in Clovis, this casual eatery serves outstanding pho with an often-praised, deeply flavored broth and friendly staff in a relaxed atmosphere. Experiences vary: pho regularly impresses, but sides such as spring rolls, chicken texture, and condiments can be inconsistent, and lunch rushes make timing important. Portions and prices draw mixed reactions—great for pho lovers willing to time visits carefully.

What Clovis BountyHunter dislikes about Phở 2006:
I tried the chicken pho, but it was really chewy, and I had to add a lot of sauces to make it palatable. Although the food was fresh, it was quite basic, and overall, I left disappointed. I don’t think I will be returning to this place. View all feedback.

Spring rolls A Pho broth D bland and lack the depth of flavor Pho portion B small bowl is actually good size Vermicelli C large noodles, small cheap shrimp, low flavor profile Service B server just do their job Price point B high for the quality
This is in an older building in Clovis which adds more character to the place. However I was unimpressed with the food majorly because they forgot to serve us the condiments that should have come with the pho (of which we ordered 2 big bowls) aside the 3 other meals. The soup was already cold by the time we realized. We mentioned but they did nothing about it.
Clean. Good food. Took a little longer to get our food but they gave me a ton of shrimp in my soup which was great.

We ordered steak pho, spring rolls, and steak fried rice. The pho arrived first, and to our surprise, they kindly offered us an extra complimentary bowl while we waited for the fried rice! Every dish was delicious and satisfying. The staff was attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed and frequently refilled our drinks. I also noticed how nice the owner was to other customers, greeting them with smiles and even opening the door. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I will definitely consider returning in the future. Thank you!

I visited this restaurant to try their pho and ordered two bowls of the same dish but in different sizes—one large and one small. To my surprise, the size difference didn't seem very noticeable. As for the pho broth, it was delicious and I have no complaints about the flavor. The customer service was good, and the atmosphere was calm, making it a nice place to enjoy a meal. However, I found the prices to be a bit on the higher side.
I had a Pho #8) with various beef meat Small), the flavor was good, meat was flavorful. My concern is that I was charged $26 tip I had water), it seams rather overprice for an average Pho. I guess that I will have to try various restaurant and figure out what other have to offer.
