Reviews - Panera Bread
Reviews summary
Nestled in the bustling Sierra Vista Mall, this Panera Bread location offers convenience with its proximity to shopping and entertainment. While the atmosphere is welcoming and the staff consistently friendly, the culinary experience is decidedly hit or miss. Many patrons have voiced disappointment with food quality, notably concerning poorly prepared ingredients and a lack of attention to detail. While some enjoyed dishes like the turkey bacon avocado sandwich, others faced issues such as hard avocados and rotten fruit. Despite the mixed reviews, the establishment remains a casual option for a quick bite, with reasonable prices amidst occasional service hiccups.

The staff was very friendly but our experience with the food was REALLY bad.. The avocados in our turkey BLTs were hard as rocks and also had some skin from the pit. We ordered 3 BLTs and they all had that issue. Then when I went to eat my apple I saw that it was rotten with some mold in the center. Yuck! If I would’ve seen that apple before I ate the sandwich I don’t think I would’ve been able to finish my meal. We spent over $50 there so needless to say..we were very disappointed.
This charming little spot is ideal for a quick, budget-friendly brunch. It's conveniently located near the gym and shopping center, making it a great choice if you have plans later in the day. I tried the Chipotle chicken avocado melt on an Asiago bagel, and it was delicious!
This restaurant is conveniently situated in the Sierra Vista Mall, surrounded by numerous shops and close to the theater. While prices have increased a bit, the food quality still offers good value. Ordering at the kiosk is a convenient feature.
I always enjoy the bread here; it's fantastic! The pizza is incredibly delicious and has a unique taste compared to others. Our family loves it!

The food was outstanding. While the prices were a bit steep, I guess that's becoming the norm lately. However, the restroom could definitely use some upgrades.
The food is fresh and nutritious, the tables are well-maintained, and the ambiance is enjoyable.
This is a really laid-back spot for studying. The staff is consistently friendly and helpful, and the food is great!
I barely found out about this place 1 year ago and after that kept coming back. Prices are great and the drink options are awesome ? Better than Starbucks. Yes I Said It!

Situated conveniently at the Sierra Vista Mall, this restaurant is surrounded by a variety of shopping choices and is also near the theater. While prices have gone up a bit, the food quality still provides great value for your money. The kiosk ordering system is efficient and user-friendly.
I decided to give Panera Bread another chance at a different location, but unfortunately, I experienced the same problems I've seen at other branches—poor customer service and mismanagement. There were delays in taking orders and delivering good service, especially during the busy lunch rush when time is of the essence.
The staff at the restaurant was very friendly, but unfortunately, our dining experience was quite disappointing. The avocados in our turkey BLTs were rock hard and had bits of pit skin still attached. All three BLTs we ordered had this problem. Furthermore, the apple I received was rotten, with mold in the center, which was quite off-putting. If I had noticed the apple before eating my sandwich, I doubt I would have been able to finish my meal. We ended up spending more than $50 at this place, and needless to say, we were very let down.

I had my first experience at Panera Bread, and I must say, it was impressive! The turkey bacon and avocado sandwich was the best I've ever had, paired perfectly with their cream of chicken and wild rice soup. The service was excellent and quick as well. I give Panera Bread two thumbs up!
