Nestled in the bustling Sierra Vista Mall, this Panera Bread location offers convenience with its proximity to shopping and entertainment. While the atmosphere is welcoming and the staff consistently friendly, the culinary experience is decidedly hit or miss. Many patrons have voiced disappointment with food quality, notably concerning poorly prepared ingredients and a lack of attention to detail. While some enjoyed dishes like the turkey bacon avocado sandwich, others faced issues such as hard avocados and rotten fruit. Despite the mixed reviews, the establishment remains a casual option for a quick bite, with reasonable prices amidst occasional service hiccups.
We left the doctor's office and we decided to have some lunch, so we googled Panera, and this was the closest location. My sister had the 2 item combo: tomato creamy soup with the baguette and the caesar salad and iced tea. I chose the chicken soup and the turkey, bacon, and gouda on tomato bread, toasted with some iced tea. Our meals came out and both of us chowed down. My soup was creamy, with brocolli, carrots, and some mixture of grains...awesome. The 1/2 sandwich was pleasantly enough of a portion, and the baguette was perfect with lots of butter. My sister's caesar salad was filling, and she really enjoyed her creamy tomato soup, kinda like a bisque. We both enjoyed our meals, and look forward to coming back soon. Thanks Panera.
Great-tasting, clean food at Panera Bread! Delicious breakfast sandwiches and wraps, salads, soups, tasty pastries, and coffee drinks. Highly recommend!
The staff was very friendly but our experience with the food was REALLY bad.. The avocados in our turkey BLTs were hard as rocks and also had some skin from the pit. We ordered 3 BLTs and they all had that issue. Then when I went to eat my apple I saw that it was rotten with some mold in the center. Yuck! If I would’ve seen that apple before I ate the sandwich I don’t think I would’ve been able to finish my meal. We spent over $50 there so needless to say..we were very disappointed.
I barely found out about this place 1 year ago and after that kept coming back. Prices are great and the drink options are awesome ? Better than Starbucks. Yes I Said It!
