Jamba offers some of the finest and healthiest drink options available. Their recently launched menu item, "The Go Getter," is a bold and refreshing cold brew that comes with a delightful sweet cloud whip pack. They also have "Gotcha Matcha," which includes the same delicious sweet cloud whip pack. The location is fantastic, conveniently located at Herndon and Willow, right next to Target and Best Buy. There’s so much to appreciate about Jamba!
Amazing store! Thankfully, there are no issues with mask mandates here. I enjoyed my delicious greens and ginger drink, which I absolutely love for some reason!
If you're dealing with fertility issues, low vitamin levels, or blood disorders, I highly recommend Jamba Juice. Their smoothies have genuinely made a positive impact on my health. After I began incorporating daily vitamins from their smoothies into my routine, my low white and red blood cell counts improved significantly. In fact, after adding Jamba to my breakfast routine, I finally conceived after nine years of trying. I also liked to enhance my smoothies with ginger, kale, and whey for an extra boost.
I've been making an effort to reduce single-use plastic, and when I brought my own cup to this Jamba location, they were very accommodating and allowed me to use it! I truly appreciate businesses that support eco-friendly practices. Thank you, Jamba Juice! By the way, the smoothie was delicious.

The staff here is very kind and the location is clean but their work flow could be improved to increase overall order efficiency and customer satisfaction. Most working here are young teens/adults and mean well but each visit I've seen orders beforgotten/skipped (including my own), incorrectly made, ingredients not being ready to use for menu items, and I think it allcomes down to team communication and planning. For example today, I came in around noon on a weekday (I was the first therebefore the lunch rush began) and the crew initially had two employees working together. However, one abruptly left the counterto take his own lunch break when the other younger girl was clearly overwhelmed and in need of support during the rush. Sheended up forgetting my smoothie, giving the person who ordered after me an incorrect one (it was probably supposed to be mine)so that guest drove back to get the mistake fixed, and instead of taking care of my missed order she couldn't decide if shewanted to take more orders or make the outstanding ones...so she proceeded to take everyone else's orders and made me wait toreceive mine which should have been the first one done. It was pretty chaotic and I wanted to offer to help her because sheseemed so kind and left with no support from her colleague. Management might want to better strategize staff meal break timessince Jamba is a food business that ultimately should cater to the consumers typically on tight time constraints to get theirown meals during the business day. I've given feedback to this Clovis location about a similar encounter a couple of months agoand their VP of operations (Gary) is also very kind and generous in wanting to provide customers with a good experience.However, I think more oversight is needed at this location to make the customer experience satisfactory every time. Jamba juice literally helped my low white and red blood count because I got daily vitamins and once I started drinking Jamba daily, for breakfast, I was able to conceive after 9years of trying. I also got ginger and kale sometimes and whey.
I just bought six orange dreams for my family. As I was leaving I heard them say we need more orange juice. When I got home all the dreams were tasteless and missing orange flavor. nobody drank them. Just a worse way of treating aperson with a largeorder. This sucks.
