We weren't cau... read more We have celebrated birthdays at this particular branch several times before, and each time, we've been happy to pay for our meals and leave tips. We weren't causing any trouble; we simply wanted to enjoy our time together. Customers deserve respect and kindness! However, after this latest experience, our group has decided not to return to this location due to the disappointing customer service. We tried to speak with the manager, but were told they were unavailable. If that is the case, we urge you, Manager, to look into this matter further. If you were the one acting like a waitress during our visit, then your approach to customer service is simply unacceptable. We hope the company takes the necessary steps to address and improve this situation.

A young man came out to clean the floors, signaling a shift change. The hostess gave us uncomfortable glances, but overall, the second shift was significantly better, and the new employees appeared to genuinely care about their work. We wished we had arrived 20 minutes later.

I also had a hot cup of coffee and some eggs while spending quality time with my family. The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Even with the Saturday morning rush at 10 o'clock, the service was speedy. The restrooms and floors were clean, the tables were immaculate, and I appreciated that everyone spoke Spanish. I really love this place and highly recommend it for a morning outing.
