I can't emphasize enough how satisfied I was after enjoying those incredible blueberry pancakes. They were simply delicious! A young man came out to clean the floors, signaling a shift change. We have celebrated birthdays at this particular branch several times before, and each time, we've been happy to pay for our meals and leave tips. We weren't causing any trouble; we simply wanted to enjoy our time together. Customers deserve respect and kindness! However, after this latest experience, our group has decided not to return to this location due to the disappointing customer service. We tried to speak with the manager, but were told they were unavailable. If that is the case, we urge you, Manager, to look into this matter further. If you were the one acting like a waitress during our visit, then your approach to customer service is simply unacceptable. We hope the company takes the necessary steps to address and improve this situation.
Friendly Polite ,good place to eat ?
The new female employee behaves unprofessionally and lacks courtesy. I noticed her making some of the male staff feel uncomfortable, which was difficult for me to see.

We wished we had arrived 20 minutes later.
I usually have a great experience at this restaurant, as I often order takeout. However, my last visit was disappointing. The young lady who answered the phone was quite rude right from the start. When she brought me my order, all she said was "here" before walking away.

This was our second visit to IHOP, and unfortunately, we found a hair in my food again. I used to love coming here with my family, but after this experience, I won't be eating from their menu anymore. Really disappointing!
The server at IHOP was outstanding—friendly, professional, and attentive. I was also intrigued to learn that the restaurant features a robotic cat to help with service. I’m excited to return soon to experience it in action and explore more of the menu.
