We have celebrated birthdays at this particular branch several times before, and each time, we've been happy to pay for our meals and leave tips. We weren't causing any trouble; we simply wanted to enjoy our time together. Customers deserve respect and kindness! However, after this latest experience, our group has decided not to return to this location due to the disappointing customer service. We tried to speak with the manager, but were told they were unavailable. If that is the case, we urge you, Manager, to look into this matter further. If you were the one acting like a waitress during our visit, then your approach to customer service is simply unacceptable. We hope the company takes the necessary steps to address and improve this situation.
Not the place to order Salmon. Usually I like their good but the Salmon was not that great.
I was really disappointed during my breakfast visit. My favorite dish, Swedish Pancakes, is no longer available on the menu. Plus, the food I ordered came out cold on all three plates. It feels like IHOP has been slipping lately.
