It was late so... sorry there's no pictures. Our waitress was Julie. she was absolutely THE BEST waitress we have ever had thepleasure of being served by. She knew her job and did It very well! Her area was busy and she was still taking care of not onlyour service but the service for everyone she was responsible for. Thank you Julia! You are awesome and I hope your managerknows what an asset you are for the store.

We came late at night on Easter, like 9 or 10pm.... read more The main reason why I'm giving 5 full stars is because of an employee there with the name Jacob on his nametag! We came late at night on Easter, like 9 or 10pm. It was probably towards the end of their shift maybe, I don't know their schedules, but it wasdefinitely the end of the day. Jacob was not only so friendly and accommodating, but he was funny and made my family laugh. Hemade all the difference to our experience. The food was food, not bad, but shout out to Jacob who made us want to come only tothis location from now on!

On 7/3/22 my sister and I went to an... read more I visit Denny 's on Herndon Ave. In Fresno, CA with my family 4-5 times a month. Whether it be breakfast, lunch, or dinner. On 7/3/22 my sister and I went to an early breakfast. The service was very slow and the server forgot some items we asked for, butit wasn 't a big deal, we figured he had a long night. We didn 't even care that the staff along with the GM were cursing andtalking obscenities. The thing that bothered us was the lack of professionalism given by the GM Luis. He was very rude andunfriendly. We have never had an issue using a coupon, ever. We 've always had great service from the cashiers but today was justhorrible. We 've never seen GM Luis and definitely don 't wish to return to Denny 's moving forward. Luis was extremely rude, Ididn 't appreciate it and he received the same treatment. On another note, if all the cashiers take a coupon why is the GM Luis changing the policy because I can do that, I 'm the GM that is very unprofessional. We are extremely disappointed.

Our food arrived quite quickly, and she frequently checked in to ensure everything was satisfactory. I was particularly impressed by her attentiveness to the elderly diners, making sure they had everything they needed. Excellent job!

Jacob w... read more I'm giving 5 stars primarily because of an employee named Jacob. We visited late on Easter night, around 9 or 10 pm, likely near the end of their shift. Jacob was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and had a great sense of humor that made my family laugh. He truly made our experience special. The food was decent, but Jacob’s service is the reason we’ll choose this Denny’s location from now on!

I was late to get out. the girl that took our order was so sweet, she also helped me figure out what she was eating for whom I was looking for (and was hired).... read more I was late to get out. the girl that took our order was so sweet, she also helped me figure out what she was eating for whom I was looking for (and was hired). that was great. my pancakes (drum, drool) were a beautiful color and were very light and fluffy. my friend had a chicken fried steak dinner. I tasted the red kartoffels and I recommend that one of their next dishes.
