The oil is old because fries were brown and i ordered chili fries they put the whole can of nasty chili it seemed also it stunk in there not clean
Horrible customer service. If a kids meal says it comes with a toy And apple sauce on your menu, why does it not come with it as stated. They are instructed to NOT answer phones so as to avoid customer complaints Employees working with MANY Visible hickeys and cussing around customers is not professional even with no customers Dining inside
Went to have lunch the girl in the back was chatting (Elizabet) with the drive through chick leaning on the trash can with NO gloves on then comes back remind you I’m waiting on fish to come out does NOT wash her hands CROSS CONTAMINATES the counters all she touched starts boxing my food to go otter customers grand a dry napkin starts wiping counters , then I get a dirty tray with peaces of dried food stuck to end they gave me the wrong order ! this point I just wanted to leave ! A So called Manager calls me back at 05:20 stated she didn’t understand my complaint! It’s as easy as you my recommendation as you work in food environment is to get courses on Cross contamination and management skills first a customer is always right even if we aren’t ! Your supposed to ease the situation not try and argue with the costumer ! The only person who was great was the lady that took my order ! Never going back I work across the street what a shame ! HOPE I WAS CLEAR FOR THE MANAGER since she argued with me !

Co-located with Long John Silver's. I stopped here for lunch and ordered the double bacon cheeseburger. It was hot and freshly made. The fries were also hot out of the fryers. Both were delicious. A&W Root Beer from the drink dispenser is always good. No issues with this visit. There's plenty of parking. The service was friendly. I'll probably come back, and when I do, I'll try Long John Silver's.
My kids and I enjoyed a root beer float, which was delicious and a good size for the price—only $4 total. We will definitely be back!
I had a really disappointing experience at this restaurant. The burger I ordered was soggy and unappetizing, so much so that I had to throw it away. The staff, and especially the management, clearly do not care about their customers. I spent $35 for two meals, only to end up tossing the burgers in the trash. I feel completely ripped off, and that's just unacceptable. I would strongly advise against visiting this location. The management really needs to be replaced!
Disappointed in the lemonade shake. Does not taste like lemon much less lemonade.
Ordered at the drive through. Food was incredibly expensive buy I justified it because I never eat out and I really wanted an A&W float, burger, fries and a chili dog. I wish I had just made food at home. My food was barely warm, the portions were TINY. Not tiny for the amount I paid, like I feel like they special ordered small hot dogs for the chili dog. It was weird. Taste wise it wasn't at all what I remembered. Nothing special at all, like I said I wish I had just cooked at home.

A so-called manager called me back at 5:20 and claimed she didn't understand my complaint. It's quite simple: as someone working in the food industry, I recommend taking courses on cross-contamination and proper management skills. Remember, the customer is always right, even when they're not. Your role should be to diffuse the situation, not argue with customers! The only positive part of my visit was the lady who took my order. I will never return, especially since I work right across the street. What a disappointment! I hope my concerns are clear to the manager, despite her arguing with me.
I forgot that we ordered a specific drink, and it wasn't made. The power kept going out as well. After coming back for the first time in four years, I've noticed that every time I order—even when the drive-thru is empty—I end up waiting over 20 to 30 minutes for my food. I'm getting really frustrated with this place. I probably won't be returning.
After a game, we decided to use the drive-thru and ordered two combos along with some onion rings. We were instructed to pull forward and wait for our order. After 8 minutes of waiting, we went inside to check on our food, only to find out that they hadn't even started it yet. They mentioned that the chicken was frozen. This was the worst service I've ever experienced!
