Still waiting after 8 minutes,... read more We went through the drive thru after a game, ordered 2 combos and onion rings. We were told to pull around and they bring it out. Still waiting after 8 minutes, we went in and they asked us what we ordered. Apparently, they didn't start it and said the chicken is frozen. Worse service ever!!!

We ordered a bacon double cheeseburger, a double cheeseburger without pickles, a regular chee... read more I waited 22 minutes for what was supposed to be a fast food order. We ordered a bacon double cheeseburger, a double cheeseburger without pickles, a regular cheeseburger, three cheese curds, and a small fry. However, instead of the double cheeseburger without pickles, we received two regular cheeseburgers, neither of which had pickles. The cheese curds were old, cold, and difficult to chew. We spent $39 for an order that didn't even include what we wanted the most, and it certainly wasn't fresh. The little bit of lettuce on the bacon double cheeseburger was just the tough, bitter ends. Honestly, this experience wasn't worth the price or the long wait. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Af... read more After a game, we decided to use the drive-thru and ordered two combos along with some onion rings. We were instructed to pull forward and wait for our order. After 8 minutes of waiting, we went inside to check on our food, only to find out that they hadn't even started it yet. They mentioned that the chicken was frozen. This was the worst service I've ever experienced!
