A So called Manager calls me back at 05:20 stated she didn’t understand my complaint! It’s as easy as you my recommendation as you work in food environment is to get courses on Cross contamination and management skills first a customer is always right even if we aren’t ! Your supposed to ease the situation not try and argue with the costumer ! The only person who was great was the lady that took my order ! Never going back I work across the street what a shame ! HOPE I WAS CLEAR FOR THE MANAGER since she argued with me !

It's quite simple: as someone working in the food industry, I recommend taking courses on cross-contamination and proper management skills. Remember, the customer is always right, even when they're not. Your role should be to diffuse the situation, not argue with customers! The only positive part of my visit was the lady who took my order. I will never return, especially since I work right across the street. What a disappointment! I hope my concerns are clear to the manager, despite her arguing with me.
