Dining-room cleanliness and restroom upkeep are recurring issues, with visible trash and spills; some shifts lack urgency. Drive-thru remains reliable during renovations. Value is uneven—classic items can impress, but pricier orders sometimes disappoint—calling for stronger management focus on cleanliness and consistency.

The food was tasty overall, but our burgers had so little lettuce that we decided to leave it on the plate.
This is the only place in the city that consistently makes a hamburger without cheese when I ask for it. I've noticed that my orders arrive on time, although I've occasionally experienced the wrong schedule over the years. They are currently renovating their dining area, so right now, they only offer drive-thru service.
I placed my order inside, and it was completed promptly. I was pleasantly surprised by the short wait time, especially since it was lunchtime. The staff was friendly, and my family enjoyed the meal! Everything was just as I had requested.
Our burgers were cold and VERY dry on this visit. Not the norm.All the employees are super nice.Dining area and bathrooms were dirty and dining area was loud with multiple employees waiting for their rides after the end of their shifts.
Ordered 10 nuggets, got home and only received 7. Food was cold.
