All I ask is... read more I want to share my experience at KFC, which has been consistently disappointing. They never seem to get my order right, and it’s very frustrating. All I ask is to receive exactly what I ordered. For instance, I requested all dark meat but was given a mix instead. I also asked for sweet tea but was served Pepsi—it's hard to believe anyone could confuse those! I even confirmed my order over the phone, yet they still brought the wrong items. It’s infuriating to spend time and money only to repeatedly get the wrong order. This has happened every single time I’ve visited, and it’s truly baffling.

The drinks were still cold, but they've been out of Baja Blast Freeze the last three times I've visited. My daughter never lets me forget it since that's her favorite reason for coming here. On a positive note, the new nuggets are fantastic, and the new special burrito is also great!

Tonight w... read more The food here is excellent, and the staff is very friendly. However, there's often a long wait, sometimes taking 30 to 40 minutes to reach the window. Tonight was no exception— it took 45 minutes just to place my order. While the food is generally good, my order is frequently incorrect. This happened again tonight with the wrong sides. It might be time for new management. I've also encountered stale tacos from the Taco Bell side. Thank you for your attention.
