Just went there at 12:30. The sign on the door which l got a picture of before this blonde lady.. we will call her the grinch Karen ripped it down, says closing... read more Just went there at 12:30. The sign on the door which l got a picture of before this blonde lady.. we will call her the grinch Karen ripped it down, says closing at 1:00! She unlocks the door and tells me all they have is burger and fries left. Okay good that’s what my son is wants to eat. She locked us back out and said she would ask the cook. Cook came out and said he will not feed us anything because they closed early. With the sign still on the door that says 1:00. That’s when the lady went to rip it down because they know good and well they are wrong. Customer service is what brings people to restaurants.. not just the food and that customer service was the worse I have ever experienced. Like merry Christmas. RUDE and absolutely uncalled for. It would have been different if those two employees would have had a little more respect and consideration with their choice of words and actions. Unbelievable. And because they wouldnt feed us and she saw me taking a picture of their false advertisement… she told us to never come back. I would love to speak to the owner as we have never had a problem there but I also have never seen this woman before. Another couple saw the whole thing happen from their car and couldn’t believe the way they were acting either.
