It was not well ke... read more This is the worst Arby's experience I have ever had. Stopped by for lunch while passing through. The end area dining is small and uninviting. It was not well kept or clean. The food I was served was lukewarm at best and I did not finish my meal as it wasawful. I will never stop at this location again even though it is a easy stop between Gastonia and Charlotte on my commute. Theyhave lost my business at this location forever.

The roast beef ta... read more The ABSOLUTE worst fast food experience I have ever had. The curly fries literally tasted like cardboard and not even our dogs would eat them. The roast beef tasted like it had been sitting in a hotel pan for hours and was not fresh in the slightestbit. The only thing that actually tasted good was the coca cola. Very very disappointing and for almost $30, I will be callingand asking for a refund or a credit. Be sure to check your food before driving away

I could hear everything, and I want to commend the employee for staying so kind and patient while dealing with such a difficult customer. Date: November 5, 2022, at 5 PM.

The tartar sau... read more I ordered the new fish combo, and unfortunately, the batter was too thick. The fries tasted like they had been fried twice and were quite greasy. The tartar sauce was overly sweet and had a chemical flavor. On a positive note, the fish itself was good without the batter.

I visited the drive-thru and was pleasantly surprised by how quick the service was. There were three cars in front of us, and we were served in under 10 minutes. That’s quite impressive, especially given the size of their sandwiches!
