Beef had a funny taste, did not look like beef , order was wrong, no Horsey sauce in the store. The tables where dirty and both parties that ate there did not feel to good.. I would not go there again, I will drive down the road to a different place . $25 dollars that i would like to have back.

I'll put my order, go up and say I have to wait for Pommes. The pommes were frozen and half of my order was wrong. Because when I came home and it was after graduation, nothing could happen tonight about our dinner. I hope they enjoyed their dinner while we did not.... Thanks Arbys,

That's okay, but about 2 minutes later my other milkshake came out when I pulled my mother at the top on one and noticed how milky it was. Worst milkshakes I've ever had was terrible and didn't send you to the house I didn't want to wait in this line behind 10 cars again.

It was not well ke... read more This is the worst Arby's experience I have ever had. Stopped by for lunch while passing through. The end area dining is small and uninviting. It was not well kept or clean. The food I was served was lukewarm at best and I did not finish my meal as it wasawful. I will never stop at this location again even though it is a easy stop between Gastonia and Charlotte on my commute. Theyhave lost my business at this location forever.

The roast beef ta... read more The ABSOLUTE worst fast food experience I have ever had. The curly fries literally tasted like cardboard and not even our dogs would eat them. The roast beef tasted like it had been sitting in a hotel pan for hours and was not fresh in the slightestbit. The only thing that actually tasted good was the coca cola. Very very disappointing and for almost $30, I will be callingand asking for a refund or a credit. Be sure to check your food before driving away
